PUBLIC HEARINGS

CITY OF SEYMOUR

The City of Seymour will hold multiple public hearings at 7:00 p.m., on June 18, 2026

at 301 N Washington, Seymour City Hall, in Seymour, Texas, 76380.

Public Hearing:

  1. Concerning 901 N Donald where a Specific Use Permit has been requested for the purpose of a brand new manufactured home to be placed at this lot to be used as a permanent residence.
  2. Concerning Ordinance 2026-03 All Salt Fork Fees adding a Mini-Membership, removing public swim due to reclassification of pool, defining “Guests” of members and their allowance, & clarifying the Youth Membership.
  3.  Concerning Substandard structure located at 301 N DONALD
  4. Concerning Substandard structure located at 401 S EAST
  5. Concerning Substandard structure located at 409 N TACKITT
  6. Concerning Substandard structure located at 1101 E NEVADA
  7. Concerning Substandard structure located at 707 E NEVADA

Citizens are encouraged to attend to discuss the Zoning request.  Written comments may also be submitted to the City Secretary, P.O. Box 31, Seymour, Texas 76380.  Persons with disabilities or others requiring auxiliary aids or services to participate in this hearing should make arrangements with City Secretary Lauren Bush, at 940-889-3148 at least two days before the hearing.
