The City of Seymour will be accepting sealed bids on property located at 1007 Kenning Drive. Legal description for said property is 584 136 T&NO S/3.56 AC TR.7 in Seymour Texas.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the City Secretary’s Office located at 301 N. Washington Street, Seymour, Texas 76380. With questions, contact Lauren Bush, at 940-889-3148, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Fax bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid 1007 Kenning Dr”. Deadline to submit a bid is second FRIDAY of each month at 12noon. The bids will be considered by City Council for award at the Regular City Council meetings
