RESOLUTION 1576 – Rural Housing Service, a department of the United States Department of Agriculture Grant Application

WHEREAS, the City of Seymour deems it necessary and proper to apply for grant assistance under the Rules and Regulations of Rural Housing Service, a department of the United States Department of Agriculture;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROVIDED, by the above-named Applicant that Mark McCord, as the Signatory Agent of the Applicant, or the successor of said Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to make application for grant assistance under the Rules and Regulations of Rural Housing Service, a department of the United States Department of Agriculture; and to sign the acceptance of the grant assistance, when made, and any other documents required to complete the project on behalf of the above-named Applicant
