AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EASEMENT AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 26th day of September 2024, at the Regular City Council Meeting of the City Council of the City of Seymour, Texas, and with the following members present, to-wit:

a quorum being present, the following business being transacted, to wit: Motion made by Councilmember ___________________________, and seconded by Councilmember ___________________________, that the petition of Manuela Barrera an Easement at 10th Street for property located at 300 W Custer, be approved and granted as fully set forth in said petition now on file and before the City Council. Easement does not allow for any new construction. If structures become in disrepair they are to be removed and not replaced.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEYMOUR, TEXAS THAT Manuela Barrera is the sole owner of the property described as: 300 W Custer, Seymour, Texas.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Seymour, Texas, does forever close and abandon the alley and granted an easement as described in Attachment also known as Exhibit “A”. It is further ordered that a copy of this order to grant easement, be filed of and be in force immediately upon its adoption.
