CITY OF SEYMOUR CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MINUTES

A Special Called Meeting of City Council was held on Thursday, February 6th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. noon, 301 N. Washington Street, City Hall Conference Room, Seymour, Texas 76380. All notices were duly posted in accordance and conformance with the Government Code of the State of Texas, Section 551.002 (c). The following agenda will be considered:

Call to Order & Roll Call by Mayor Mark McCord   

Meeting open at 12:00 noon

Roll Call:  Debbie Gillispie, Billy Henricks, Lan Winn, Skyler Henricks, Mark McCord, Jeff Brasher, & Lauren Bush

Absent:  Monty Glass

  1.  Pass Resolution 1581 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES TO CALL A GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD SATURDAY, MAY 3, 2025, IN SEYMOUR, TEXAS AND APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICIALS. 

Motion was made by Lan Winn to approve Resolution 1581, 2nd by Skyler Henricks.  Vote 4-0, Motion Passes

  •  Adjournment

Motion made by Debbie Gillispie to adjourn, 2nd by Billy Henricks.  Vote 4-0.  Motion Passes
