BID NOTICE
The City of Seymour will be accepting sealed bids for a mowing contract for the following City of Seymour properties. The sealed bid is for all 4 properties.
Seymour City Park and the adjoining hill East of the park grounds to the boundary of the Hospital property.
The walking trail, and including the area surrounding the Portwood Art and Civic Center.
The grounds surrounding the former Seymour Independent School Auditorium to the property line of said location.
The Sound Garden located directly North and adjacent to City Hall.
Bids will be accepted from Wednesday, March 24, 2021 through Monday, April 12, 2021 for a one – year contract, auto renewal for two additional years for spraying, clean-up, and mowing. The City of Seymour will also accept bids without spraying and a 2 million liability insurance is required. Bids will be opened and read aloud, at the City Secretary’s Office located at 301 N. Washington Street, Seymour, Texas 76380. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid Mowing Contract.” The bids will be considered by City Council for award at the regular City Council meeting April 15, 2021. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids. ###
