Paying Your Bill
Where do I pay?
Payments can be made Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm, at City Hall, located at 301 N Washington. There is a RED 24 hour drop box on the North Side of the building next to the US Postal Mailbox.
Customers can come to City Hall and make payments towards their utility balance at any time.

How do I pay?
At this time your bill may be paid by CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER, BANK DRAFT. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS are accepted in-house, by phone, and online.
Please make checks or money orders payable to City of Seymour.
When do I pay?
Bills are mailed out on the 8th of the month and due on the 18th by 5pm.
If the 18th falls on a Friday, then payment has to be made by 10:30am on the following Monday.
If the 18th falls on Saturday or Sunday, then payment has to be made by 10:30am on the following Tuesday.
Drafts are done on the tenth, forms are located at City Hall and your banking information is required.
Late Fees & Cut-offs
10% late fee based upon balance will be imposed after payment due date.
Cut off date is the 25th of each month.
