by a final judgment of a court

∎ have not been finally convicted of a felony from which the person has not been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities

∎  have resided continuously in the state of Texas for 12 months and 6 months within the city limits before final date to file an application (February 18, 2022) )

∎  be a registered voter

∎  No candidate may file in a single election for more than one elective office or position

∎  No employee of the City shall continue in such position after filing for an elective City Office.
