 VENDORS & FOOD TRUCKS – Important Info:
As in years past, we will limit the number of vendors per category (crafts, baked goods, food items, etc.) to ensure:
 Healthy competition
 Greater opportunity for everyone to make a profit
 Booth reservations are first come, first served – based on receipt of a $10 non-refundable deposit.

 Vendor & Food Truck Pricing:
Food Truck – $20
10×10 Space – $15
10×20 Space – $20
10×10 with Electricity – $25 (very limited)

 Alternative Option:
You may pay the $10 deposit and choose to donate a basket or item(s) for our Silent Auction in place of the remaining fee.

 Set-Up Details for Vendors & Food Trucks:
Vendors must bring their own tables, tents/awnings, and staff for set-up and breakdown.

Set-up begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the show.

All booths must be fully set up by 9:00 AM to ensure a smooth start to the event.
