                     PUBLIC NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING                   

SPECIAL CALLED/BUDGET WORKSHOP

 

A Special Called Meeting/Budget Workshop to be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at Seymour City Hall, Conference Room, 301 N. Washington Street, Seymour, TX 76380. All notices have been duly posted in accordance and conformance with the Government Code of the State of Texas, Section 551.002(c). The City of Seymour attempts to make its meetings accessible to all of its citizens. If you have need of auxiliary aids, please notify the ADA Coordinator at 889-3148, as soon as possible in advance. The following agenda will be considered:

 

Mayor Josh Sosolik to call meeting to order, roll call and Pledge of Allegiance

 

  1. Discuss, consider and approve Resolution No. 1447, a resolution of the City Council accepting the Certified Tax Appraisal Roll as prepared by Baylor County Appraisal District for properties in the city limits of the City of Seymour and subject to the ad valorem tax for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

 

  1. Seymour City Council Members will discuss and review the Second Budget draft for the City of Seymour, Fiscal Year 2017-2018, as proposed by City Staff. City Council may direct modifications to proposed budget document.

 

  1. Adjournment
