The City of Seymour is accepting sealed bids for the property located at 402 E Morris

  • Minimum Bid: $0.00
  • Bid Submission Deadline: November 19, 2025 at 3:00 PM
  • Bid Opening: November 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM at City Hall, 301 N Washington
  • Bid Selection: The City Council will select a bidder at the Council meeting on November 20, 2025

Bid Submission Requirements:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for 402 E Morris” and must include:

  1. Bid Amount
  2. Bidder’s Name & Contact Information.
  3. Intended Use of the Property (e.g., residential, commercial, renovation plans, etc.).

The City of Seymour reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
