The City of Seymour is accepting sealed bids for the property located at 900 N Stratton.

  • Bid Submission Deadline: July 16, 2025
  • Bid Opening: July 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, 301 N Washington
  • Bid Selection: The City Council will select a bidder at the Council meeting on July 17, 2025

Bid Submission Requirements:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for 900 N Stratton” and must include:

  1. Bid Amount
  2. Bidder’s Name & Contact Information.
  3. Intended Use of the Property (e.g., residential, commercial, renovation plans, etc.).

The City of Seymour reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
