BID NOTICE

The City of Seymour is accepting sealed bids for property known as the VFW Hall and Bar area is included with this bid. Property legally described as:

1.84 Acre Tract of land situated in the city limits of Seymour, Texas, said tract being out of the northwest quarter of section 135, T & NO RR CO Survey, Abstract 329, City of Seymour, Baylor County Texas.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m., September 15, 2022 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at the City Administrators office at 301 N. Washington Street. For more information, please contact Jeffrey Brasher, E.d. D.  at 940-889-3148. Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “VFW Property 910 E. Nevada Street.” Bids will be considered by City Council for award at the Re-Scheduled  Called City Council Meeting, Portwood Art & Civic Center, 800 E. Morris Street, on September 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The City  reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids. ###
