SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
A Special Called City Council Meeting, on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, Seymour Auditorium, 301 N. Washington Street, Seymour, Texas. All notices have been duly posted in accordance and conformance with the Government Code of the State of Texas, Section 551.002 (c) .
Call to Order, Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance by Mayor Jon Hrncirik.
1. Discuss, consider, and take action after hearing information from John Davis, RO Plant Operator and Allen Phillips with Jacob & Martin, LLC.
Regular meeting closes and Public Hearing will begin
2. The City of Seymour will conduct the First Public Hearing regarding the Infrastructure Fees for the City of Seymour, regarding City of Seymour Water Tank located behind 300 blk of N. Washington Street and Stand Pipe Tank located on Stadium Drive.
Public Hearing closes and Regular meeting resumes
3. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the Seymour Baylor County Dispatch Interlocal Agreement.
4. Discuss and take action setting Fall Clean Up-Week for October 17, 2020 thru October 25, 2020, as recommended by Street Supervisor Shawn Sanche.
