Public Hearing Concerning a Specific Use Permit at 312 W 13th Street

The Seymour City Council will hold a public hearing at 7p.m. on November 17th, 2022, at 800 E Morris Street, Portwood Pavilion, Seymour Texas 76380.  This public hearing is in regards to an application for Zoning Specific Use permit request concerning Subdivision of Lot 10, Block 1, of the S-D Addition comprised of .160 acres, located at 312 W 13th Street in Seymour Texas.

Specific Use Permits includes permission for a recreational vehicle to be used as a residence on an R-1 zoned lot.Citizens are encouraged to attend to discuss the Zoning  request.  Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Administrator at P.O. Box 31, Seymour, Texas 76380.  Persons with disabilities or others requiring auxiliary aids or services to participate in this hearing should make arrangements with the city secretary at 940-889-3148 at least two days before the hearing
