PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF SEYMOUR

The Seymour City Council will hold a public hearing at 7p.m. on July 20th, 2023, at 800 E Morris Street, Portwood Pavilion, Seymour Texas 76380.  This public hearing is in regards to an application for Specific Use Permit request concerning Acres 0.386, Lot 4, Blk 13, Subd Wheat, located at 1101 E Nevada Street in Seymour Texas.

Specific Permit request is to place a single wide manufactured home.

Citizens are encouraged to attend to discuss the Zoning  request.  Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Administrator at P.O. Box 31, Seymour, Texas 76380.  Persons with disabilities or others requiring auxiliary aids or services to participate in this hearing should make arrangements with the city secretary at 940-889-3148 at least two days before the hearing.
