The City Council of the City of Seymour, Texas will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., September 21, 2023, at the Portwood Art & Civic Center, 800 E. Morris Street, Seymour Texas in regards to the PCAF, Power Cost Adjustment Formula.

The public is encouraged to attend this meeting .
