Public Hearings – February 15, 2024 Concerning Specific Use Permits Allowing Recreational Vehicles to be used as a Residence

PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF SEYMOUR

The City of Seymour will hold public hearings at 7:00 p.m., on February 15, 2024, at 800 E. Morris Street, at the Portwood Pavilion, in Seymour, Texas, 76380.

Public Hearing #1:  This public hearing is in regards to a SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, ZONING change of508 W Ingram, also known as Lot 4, Blk 11, Subd Miller 1st in Seymour Texas. 

Public Hearing #2:  This public hearing is in regards to a SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, ZONING change of 908 ½ N Browning, also known as Lot 8, Blk 2, Subd Bennett, in Seymour Texas. 

Both Specific Use Permits would allow for the use of a recreational vehicle as a residence.

Citizens are encouraged to attend to discuss the Zoning request.  Written comments may also be submitted to the City Secretary, P.O. Box 31, Seymour, Texas 76380.  Persons with disabilities or others requiring auxiliary aids or services to participate in this hearing should make arrangements with City Secretary Lauren Bush, at 940-889-3148 at least two days before the hearing.
