A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEYMOUR, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER CONTRACT FOR THE 2022-2023.

WHEREAS, in 2022-2023 many state and federal agencies implement various Grants which allows for implementation by professionals experienced in the administration of state and federally-funded community development projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THAT:

Section 1. That Strategic Economic Efforts be awarded an agreement to inform and provide services in seeking grants and project-related administration services for the Program Year 2022-2023 project.

Section 2. That any and all contracts or commitments made with the above-named services provider are dependent on the successful negotiation of a contract between the service providers.
