Terms and Conditions

  • All Memberships are considered ANNUAL and will be renewed AUTOMATICALLY on July 1st .
  • Membership plans may be changed during the course of the annual contract, but can only be terminated by paying out the remaining amount of contract in full or paying a $300 termination fee.
  • All Membership accounts with a past due balance of 3 months will be turned into collections.  Any fees accrued after this point, including the back membership fees, are the sole responsibility of the Membership Application signee.
  •  Membership can be terminated by the City of Seymour’s decision at any time.  A 14-day grace period will be given to respond, negotiate, and remove property from the Salt Fork Recreational Golf Complex.
  • This Membership Application is on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL and can be terminated without additional fees 30 days prior to the membership renewal.  Renewal date is July 1st.

Salt Fork Recreational Complex Rules & Regulations

  1. Memberships cover primary member, their spouse or domestic partner, and unmarried dependent children under the age of 18 residing at the same primary address & full-time students under 23. 
  2. There can be no shed rentals without a membership.  Cart Shed rentals are per cart and per shed
  3. Elite members are only allowed to have ONE cart per visit per membership.
  4. All Cart Sheds are under the due diligence of the City of Seymour and the Supervisor of the Salt Fork Recreational Complex.  Sheds are the sole property of the City of Seymour.
  5. Sheds may not be occupied without first notifying the Salt Fork Recreational Complex Supervisor.
  6. Swimmers and Fishermen must be 14+ years of age to swim or fish without adult supervision.  An adult is defined as a person 18 years of age or older.
  7. Pets are not allowed on course or premise.
  8. All carts must observe 90 degree rule & Golfers must park carts at least 30ft from greens.
  9. Members are allowed one guest per person of their membership household to swim, play tennis, or fish at no cost
  10. Golfers must repair all ball marks and divots.
  11. All golf balls must be recovered to the best of the golfer’s ability.
  12. All rules and sign postings on complex must be followed or membership will be revoked.
  13. All attendees are to maintain a mannerly disposition in regards to other patrons and those renting the facility.  Rude or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.  Patrons and members alike can be asked to leave the facility.
  14. City will not be responsible for anything left in the building or on the grounds.
  15. City will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by individuals walking on decorative rocks on west side of building as they are not meant for pedestrian traffic and many rocks are loose. 
  16. Littering is prohibited.  Please use trash receptacles available throughout the facility.
  17. Only patrons that have attained a driver’s license are allowed to rent or operate CITY OWNED carts.
  18. The Salt Fork Recreational Complex will be closed at the discretion of the Complex Supervisor and/or the City Administrator.
